The Bidder must quote a single flat percentage (%) which shall apply to the Estimated Project Cost (EPC) or the actual executed project cost, whichever is lower.

The quoted percentage shall be inclusive of all out-of-pocket expenses, travel, site visits, printing, personnel costs, and all applicable taxes/duties, except GST.

Providing Comprehensive Consultancy Services for the \\"SHIRDI SPIRITUAL CORRIDOR\\" The scope includes complete Urban Design, Master Planning, preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR), estimates, and Bid Process Management (Phase A), PLUS complete Project Management Consultancy (PMC), day-to-day site supervision, bill certification, and Defect Liability Period (DLP) support (Phase B), as per the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) in the RFP.

Special Notes / Remarks:

GST: Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable shall be paid extra at prevailing government rates over and above the quoted percentage.

Statutory Deductions: All applicable taxes (such as TDS, Professional Tax, etc.) as per Government rules will be deducted at source from the Consultant's Running Account (RA) bills.
