The application/ treatment shall be carried out by authorized rep of approved specialist firm/manufacturer.Make- SIKA/FOSROC/AsianPaints/Berger.Note:- The defect liability period of water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including sunken floor shall be 10 years and the contractor shall be responsible to keep the entire building(s) free From leakage/seepage for a period of 10 years after certified date of Completion. The contractor may obtain a similar guarantee from the specialist firm engaged by him for the purpose. |
