Cutting of grass and bushes of any description and in any place at shoulder of runway / PTT/LTT/ TARMAC up to ground level by mechanical means(jungle jim with tractor / Bush cutter ) including removing the rubbishes (obtained in cutting of grass) and cleaning the FOD away from runway premises at a maximum distance of 300Mtr away from the Runway/PTT /LTT&TP's by using manual & mechanical blower complete all as specified and as directed.

Ploughing of Soft ground arrester area (150'x300') both side of PTT (07 & 25 End) using tractor and ploughing angle from centre to each side( 30* to 45*) angle, 15cm deep and remove vegetation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing of JCB with operator for cutting, levelling etc on shoulders, clear zone of flight strips and around air field area all as specified and directed. Note : The rate is inclusive for the fuel also and the working hour will start as and when the JCB reported at Crash Bay of ATC.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors n.exc 150mm thickness and (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor/ path, 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pavement/ path/ hardstanding 40mm thick, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal while the concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for all items :-(a)All the works are to be carried out in Air force airfield operational area.(b) Each Grass cutting under Item no 1 shall be measured separetely. (c) Sides of Runway/PTT/LTT&TP's, DTGM board and Drain Area up to 3m wide has been operated by Bush cutter and FOD spread over the main runway to be cleaned simultaneously and clearence in this rergard shall be obtained from respective ATC authorities. (d) Contractor has to provide minimum T&P on all working days as follows :-(i) Jungle Jim with Tractor and operator - 01 No (ii) Grass / Bush cutter with operator – 03 No's(iii) Mechanical blower with operator - 01 No(iv) In emergency and operational requirements, the Contractor shall provide maximum man power, tools and plants as necessitated by the user and as directed by the Engr In Charge
