| 5 | Supplying and filling of good quality garden soil in planters, including preparation of potting mixture using garden soil mixed with organic manure in required proportion, removal of debris, dressing, leveling, and watering, the rate shall include all labor, materials, and tools required for proper execution of the work, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
