Name of Work:- Preservation of store materials, cleaningof store racks, spare parts and other materials and handling of material including jungle cleaning, surface dressing in R/S for period of 2 years at Amlohri Project.

Daily dust cleaning of 288 nos. racks (Total 9 sheds each containing 32 racks ) and spare parts alongwith also the floor area of all the cells and receipt section of Regional Store, general cleaning of brunt oil and empty drums & stacking at proper space as per direction of officer-in-charge of Material Management Department of Regional Store, Amlohri including handling of materials, loading , unloading in trucks as per direction of Officer-in-charge of Material Management Department of Regional Store, Amlohri, with the condition that Penal Rate recovery shall be made for the less work done either due to slackness or due to deployment of less number of labour at the work sites. Penal rate shall be @ double the rate of minimum wages used in the analyisi of this item alongwith the water charges & the CPOH components; & shall be calculated on PRO-RATA Basis from the overall value of the item. For this, we require 11 nos. labours each day, in all the days of a week, i.e. including 52 Sundays & 8 PH at the Regional Store Complex, Amlohri.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift upto1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking Lime, moorum, building rubbish Lead - 1 Km

Brooming & cleaning of all roads in workshop and with in the premises of service buildings and other places as required with all tools and tackles and stacking the garbage at specified place as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning of surface drain including disposal of muck/ sludge through trolley or other arrangements to a specified place (in no case it shall be kept on drain banks) with in a lead of 1 KM complete with all tools & tackles as per instruction of EIC.- upto 300mm

Cleaning of all type of roof including removal of dry leaves, weedings and cleaning drain holes, brooming etc all complete with tools & tackles and stacking the garbage at specified places as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning of door shutter, window shutters including chowkhats, window grills, glass panes, cabwebs etc of service/community buildings with necessary detergents, chemical etc complete as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning, mopping & washing of floor of public buildings, other places neatly with detergents, bleaching powder etc all complete with tools, tackles and consumable to make the floor clean & hygienic as per instruction of EIC
