Part - A : Non - Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract for various types of desktops, laptops, printers and xerox machine as per the scope of work indicated in tender. Scope includes preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, relocation, data backup, reinstallation, installation of OS & security patches, reinstallation of application software and their regular updates, servicing of computers and peripherals including hardware/software troubleshooting, cleaning, and performance tuning, incorporation of new settings as required for new users and reconfiguration (if required).2. Period will be 12 months unless otherwise indicated
