Providing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of ABB make VFDs installed at HBL Plant Sugauli as per the scope & technical specifications mentioned below:

Servicing & maintenance of ABB make VFD AC/DC drive panels installed at Sugar, Co‑generation and Ethanol plants(1st visit will be as per plant servicing & maintenance requirements of all AC drives: BFP pump drives, ACS 800 multidrive SA fan ACS 800, FD fan ACS 800, ID fan ACS 800, MCW pump ACS 800, drum feeder ACS 550, cane carrier ACS 550, cane pusher ACS 550, belt conveyor ACS 550, shredder, rake elevator ACS 580, screen juice pump ACS 580, scalding juice pump ACS 850, draft juice pump ACS 550, stage juice pump ACS 550, forward drive of diffuser ACS 550, DC drives, mill first DCS 800, mill second DCS 800, batch type DCS 800).2. Testing and trials of ABB make VFD AC/DC drive panels on load conditions.(Second visit at the starting of season).3. Emergency visit for troubleshooting/breakdown of ABB make VFD AC/DC drive panels at sugar & Cogen plants. (Third visit as per plant requirement, if any major problem occurs).Kindly note the days mentioned above are tentative. Detailed Scope of Job is attached as Attachment-1.Telephonic as well as online assistance will be round the clock during crushing season.
