8Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in- equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil
9Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.
11Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.
12Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1 :1 %:3 (1 Cement: 1 % coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
13Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 :6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)
14Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level. Masonry work (first sort), in cement mortar 1 :6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
15Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana I Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate I retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.All works above plinth level upto floor V level Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

36Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately.
