Dismantalling of old Control & Relay Panel instailed in BCU room by opening of cable connections. earthing M.S. flats, nut-bolts etc. Including safe disconnection of 220 KV Basti bay and 220KV PGCIL bay and cable loop panel to panel cables connection ete. & making of new loop connection (temporary) for other healthyness of running control panels as required. The work also includes indentification of the control cables by providing suitable ferrules etc.

Shifting of duplex type 220 KV Feeder C&R panel from Store to BCU room of 220KV S/S Bansi by Crane with all cost of men. T&P Consumables etc.

Installation of new Control & Relay Panel in BCU room. Its grouting & earthing and termination of control cables in control & relay panel as per cable schedule plan including providing & fixing of cable gland of appropriate sizes and ferrules etc, with all other associated works as per technical specification including safe reconnection of 220KV Basti bay and 220KV PGCIL Bay and panel to panel cables connection etc. The work also includes control cables connections as required between control panels looping the commissioning of the Control & Relay Panel shall be done jointly with T&C wing including troubleshooting as needed/necessary. Also inter connection diagram as per new C&R Panel shall be submitted and got approved by the concerned supervising engineer/incharge before start of the work. After completion of work schedule shall be provided as executed mentioning Cable Tag. TBNo. & ferrules for C&R Panel.

Shifting of 220 KV Feeder control & relay panel (Old & Used) from BCU room to Store of 220KV S/S Bansi with the help of labour, rope, crane with cost of men, T&P consumable etc.

Commissioning, configuration and testing of new installed numarical relay. Testing must necessarily be carried out with the help of electronic secondary relay testing kit. All the required tests related to above Distance protection relay should be done exactly in accordence with the electrical norms and standard and as per the guidance of'T&C wing.
