Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifically provided etc (below or above ground level)as in floors etc and removing debris off the site complete all as spcified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in Sub base floor finished even and fair as in sub base of floor etc all as directed.

M&L Providing 25mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate .as in floors including finish the surface even and fair to receive the topping layer complete all as directed.

M & L Granite (of any type)slab 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over 20 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes and rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situationsand cutting grooves complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 18- 20mm thick Granite (of any type) slab machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion with 1 mm thick putty over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed.
