| 16 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 11 KV outdoor type extendable LBS floor mounted with internal electrolytic grade copper bus bar consisting of combination of 630 Amp -01 nos, fixed motorized Load Break Switch as (Incoming and outgoing) with DO fuse 200 amps. Load Break Switch (LBS) as Incomer each comprising of the following:- 11 KV, 630A, 21KA for 3sec motorized Load break switch with built in line side motorized earth switch. Earthing should be completed within 2 operations only (i.e 1. Main switch - OFF, 2. Earth switch - ON). LBS shall have 3 positions, open or disconnected, closed and earthed, and will be constructed in such a way that interlocking prevents unauthorized operations. For earth switch, motorized opening and closing will be driven by a fast-acting /snap action mechanism, independent of operator action. LBS and earth switch shall have a min of 1000 (M1) motorized operations , and 5 nos closing operations at rated SC current. LBS should have 100 electrical operations at rated current - 1 No. Position indicator through clear front mimic in line with IEC 62271-103; Live cable indicator with indications (Voltage Presence Indicator) at the front and three inlets provision to check the synchronization of phases. Cable box with termination bushing suitable for upto 2 RUN 3Cx300 Sq mm, XLPE cable, Air insulated component, partition class PM complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 11 KV outdoor type extendable RMU floor mounted with internal electrolytic grade copper bus bar, consisting of combination of 630 Amp -01 nos, fixed motorized Load Break Switch as Incoming and 02 nos Vacuum Circuit Breaker as Outgoing. All live parts, LBS connections of RMU shall be enclosed to avoid multiple inter connections and sealed for life, robotically welded nonmagnetic and non-ferrite grade stainless steel tank grade 304 of minimum 2.5mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection fitted with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate of less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. Having inpluse withstrand voltage of 75 KV, insulation lend of 28 KV (@ from frequency of 1 min). The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as terminal block, VPIS cable support all front cable terminal, mechanical indication for load switches ON/OFF. Manometer as per IEC standard 62271200. RMU should be internal arc proof 21 KA for 1 second for tank and cable box. The outer encloser should cover the full length of the switch gear to ensure IP4X+IP54 protection for cable box. The unit shall be painted in RAL 7032/7035 paint shed and all as per the IEC 60298, 60265,60129,60420,60056,60694. All unit shall have separate battery backup supply. A)- Ring Main Switch / Isolator-(i) Capacity 11KV, HT,630 Amp, triple pole, single break having three positions (ON, Off & EARTH) having independent motor charge spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch.(ii) Air insulated cable boxes with gland plate for two runs of 300sqmm cable.(iii) Motor for motorized operation.
