| 13 | Supply, laying jointing,testing DI pipe with class-K-7 spigot socketed ends , conforming to IS-8329 laid in trenches including providing route indicators of suitable height and laying at spacing of @ 50m center to center at GL mentioning name of contractor, date of execution & CA No with name of work & rubber gasket (Tyton) joints with jointing material & route indicators of the following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : (i) Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separetely under respective items of BOQ.(ii) Contractors will provide route indicators mild steel body with top 150 mm plate 3mm thick and height not less than 300mm above finished GL at suitable intervals as directed by EIC. Cost of route indicators shall be deemed included in quoted unit rates.(iii) DI pipe whole quantity of tender shall be procured by contractor in one time from the authorised dealer of approved make and PV's, MTC & e-way bill will produced by contractor during payment of 1s RAR as material laying at site.(iv) Piece meal site for laying of pipe shall be given by EIC and contractor arrange to transport the DI pipe accordingly at his own arrangement. No any additional payment for transportation will be given to contractor. Contractors are requested to quote rate accordingly.(v) Layout plan for laying of DI pipe shall be given by EIC in writing. |
