| 1 | M&L for cleaning for swimming pool complete which include cleaning of floor/ wall surface area and surrounding area by brush or suction sweeper for non development of algae etc by adding approved chemicals, suction sweep to be carried out by skilled labourers two time in a week by using chemical items such as Alum ferric, Bleaching Powder, TCC 90, Copper Sulphate, Soda ash complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Rate quoted shall be deemed to includes for:- (i) On every Monday and Thursday total labour, minimum 04 Nos {pipe fitter (skilled)-1 No, labour (unskilled)- 2 Nos, and supervisor} should be available with necessary tools for cleaning of swimming pool such as suction sweeper,rope complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Water testing report before cleaning and after cleaning shall be submitted by the contractor on every maintenance day. (iii) Alum ferric, bleaching powder, TCC - 90, Copper Sulphate, Soda ash shall be measured and paid seperately under relavant items of schedule as supply only.(iv) Contractor should have minimum of 5 years of experience for the maintenance of swimming pool and should have produce the last 3 year attented work performance relevant documents as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(v) The contractor have to deployed a person with the testing kit for water to mix desired qty of chemical on daily basis. (Note:- Rate quoted by the contractor includes the wages of person for maintaing quality of water of swimming pool. (vi) The contractor should submitted Chemical analysis test report swimming pool in the every month ending week. |
| 2 | Routine maintence/servicing of water supply system and connected equipments installed for filteration system (such as monoblock motor pump sets 2 Nos of capacity 20 HP, water lines piping of various sizes,valve, control panel etc;) of swimming pool . The routine maintenence/servicing includes periodical cleaning and greasing of pump set,cleaning of nozzles of filteration plant, attending and rectifications of leakages occurred on water pipe lines/valves etc in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : S&F in replacement of major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule. Minor parts like nut, bolts, washer, joint packing, complete all as specified and directed. |

| 22 | Testing of drinking water being collected from under ground sumps/over head tanks in the area under GE(W) Colaba and submission of detailed test report to the office of Engineer-in-Charge.(a) Collection of water from different sources of water ie Sump/OHT in sealed sterilized bottle in presence of Engr in charge and testing in Govt Approved laboratory.(b) Carrying out minimum essential testing of drinking water as per IS 10500-2012 mandatory for \\"colour, odour, taste, tubidity, PH value, turbidity, TDS, total hardness, iron, chloride, fluride and residual free chlorine aluminium, calcium, copper, magnesium, Nitrate, Sulphate, Alkalinity and Bacteriological total Collie from organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E Collie in 100 ml) and submitted the report to this office with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purpose, complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for : -(i) Cost of sterilized battle as required.(ii) To and for transportation charges for collection of samples from source (sump/bore well/shallow wells) |

Location: Main Pump House seven stages are as under plants:- (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by usingusing department approved chemical a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using department approved chemical a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent using department approved chemical.
