| 6 | Material and labour for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness, shape and size made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismantling of old paver block complete all as specified and as and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. |
| 7 | Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including dismantling of old kerb stone and removing debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM but not exceeding 5.0 KM from the site, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | Material and labour for preparation of new concrete or cemented surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat cement primer, etc., all as specified and as directed. |

| 10 | Material and labour 18 to 20mm thick granite stone (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, staircase treads and risers of steps, cooking platform, window sill/ jambs or in vertical surfaces, etc., laid using 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white/coloured cement to match coloured tiles including rounding, grinding and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Colour of granite shall be as approved by Engineer-In-Charge |
| 11 | Material and labour in repairs to stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, chains etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement and including taking down existing railing of any descriptions etc all as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Supplying and fixing signage board made of 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel sheet fixed on stailness steel (Grade 304) frame including reflective vinyl printing and letter writing, cutting, fixing with stailness steel screws, including taking down old sheets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 16 | Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, to be finished even and smooth without extra cement, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. |
