| 5 | Supply And Fixing of Raised Pavement Marker with made of plastic body of RPM/road stud shall de moulded from ASA ( Acrylic Styreme Acrylonetrite) or HPS( High Imact Polystyrene) Or AcrylontriteButaden Styrene (ABS) or Any other sutable metanal Approved by the Engineer. the Marker Shall suport a load of 13635 kg Tested in accordance with AsTM o4280 the Reflective Panals Shall Constent Suport of Number of Lanses Contatning single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflectionof the light entering the lens face . lanses shall be mouled of methyle methecrylate confirming to ASTM D788 or equivalent . the stop or the retro reglecting surface shall prefarably 35 +/- 5 dgree to base and the area of each retro reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sqm cm. the markerv height shall be less than 10mm and shall not exceed 20mm and width shall not be exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat with in 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name , trade or other meaqns of identification of the manufaturer epoxy intallation excess adhesive around the edge of the be immidiately removed ,the contractor shall submit a two year wareenty for satisfatory field performance including stipulated retro reflectance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fxing of reflective road markers in case the marker are displaces, damaged gate worn out or loss ther reflectivity compare to stipulated standered the contractor would be required to replace all such marker with in 15 days of the intimation from the ingineer at his own cost the shall include all material labour t&P transportation installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of engineer-in-ncharge. |
| 6 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
| 7 | Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Providing laying Spreanding And Compacting Greded Stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at omc in mecchanical mix plant carriage of mix material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density |
| 9 | Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost). |
| 10 | Providing and laying factory made coloured chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with jamuna sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per anufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineerin- Charge. 60mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. |
