Opening the rotor and stator for rewinding with copper wire of existing guage and then revarnishing the stator & rotor with good quality varnish, Heating and baking complete upto requisite duration. Check bearing & shaft for machining if reqd, Re-assemble stator & rotor by replacing existing bearings with new bearings complete. Retransportation alternator to base and coupled with engine by using new rubber bushing spider, nut bolts complete. Testing the system for smooth functioning & checking current and load output by giving existing electrical load and to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. |
