| 15 | Digging out incoming and outgoing cables of any sizes from loops near junction box/ feeder pilar box in trenches, cutting burnt out uninsulated portion of cable and relaying /refixing in trenches & returning, refilling the excavated soil and connecting the cables with bus bars including provision of suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The excavation and earth work shall be included in the item itself. Contractor shall quote the rate accordingly. |
| 16 | M&L for painting to the LT PCC poles (height of pole upto 9mtr) with strips in alternate bottom to top with three strip of black synthetic paint & two strip of yellow/sky blue paint (as per existing pattern) throughout the circumference of pole including one coat of white wash on PCC coping of pole, two coat of white cement base paint on pole and two coat of aluminium paint to channel, cross arm, clamp and pipe fixed/mounted on pole after scraching out old paint, cleaning and making existing surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15cm dia yellow circle with number writing black synthetic paint/sticker complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | Material and labour for steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base palate, final taper plug bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long including painting all external exposed steel surfaces with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and all internal surfaces and external surfaces in contact with concrete with two coats of black bituminous paint including taking down old existing concrete poles / struts any size after demolition of foundation and removing debries of the site complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 18 | M & L for painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 12 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line/ for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scratching out old paint, cleaning and exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writing with black synethic paint/ Sticker, including painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthetic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Red paint (as per existing pattern through out the circumference of pole, including removing extra wall papdi (dampness), peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat of white washing on PCC copping of pole and re-numbering of pole with approved size of letter ( Example - CZ- 001) with synthetic enamel paint of white colour background and black colour lettering complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 23 | M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or of steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I 2009 connected to pole/LT Panel all as specified and testing on completion including.
