| 1 | Taking down the following Air conditioner carefully from the installed position, dismantling the complete unit, applying blower to remove the complete dust, cleaning all the components with suitable cleaning agent and using the water pressure wash machine (by putting a cleaning bag around the entire split AC system to prevent the dirty water to reach the floor), cleaning the condenser coil for better efficiancy and re-assembling the complete unit and re-installing in its original position and testing on completion complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. |

| 10 | Disconnect and remove unserviceable over load protector and supply and fix new overload protector (OLP) suitable for the following types of cooling appliances complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (Make-Sriram/Kirloskar/ Aravind) :- |
| 11 | (a) Water cooler of capacity upto 150 Ltrs |
| 12 | (b) Refrigerator/ deep freezer of capacity upto 410 Ltrs |
| 13 | Disconnect and remove unserviceable thermostat and supply and fix new thermostat suitable for existing model of following cooling appliances complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.(Make-INDFOSS/RANUTROL/DANFOSE/PESPIC). |
| 14 | (a) Water cooler of capacity upto 150 Ltrs |
| 15 | (b) Refrigerator/ deep freezer of capacity upto 410 Ltrs |
| 16 | Disconnect and remove unserviceable starting cum running capacitor and supply and fix new starting cum running capacitor suitable for existing model of following cooling appliances complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in- Charge. Make: Tibcon/Epco/Concap |

| 22 | Disconnect and remove unserviceable capacitor of fan motor of any description and supply and fix fan capacitor of capacity 4.0 mfd / 6.0 mfd suitable for existing outdoor unit of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:Sarda/Unistar/Tibcon. |
| 23 | Taking out the burnt fan motor from the following cooling appliances and supply and fix new fan motor suitable for existing model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 26 | Taking down unserviceable blower motor of split type air conditioner and supply and fix new blower motor suitable for existing model of indoor unit of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR including necessary connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in Charge. |
| 27 | Taking down unserviceable blower of split type air conditioner and supply and fix new blower suitable for existing model of indoor unit of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR including necessary connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge. |
