| 1 | S&F Pre- painted galvalume sheet having aluminum zinc coating with hot dip alloy GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with fixed using hot dip galvanized, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetrations and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fastners etc. completely all as specified and directed. upto maximum height of 20 Mtr including scaffolding and all safety equipments if required including Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings as specified.Note : No additional payment on any account will be considered and only plan area whatever have been provided will be measured. Rate quoted maybe considered including of bending for specific curvature as provided in existing building. |

| 4 | S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, Gates including Hold fast & Aldrop and related items; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 including of dismantling of old iron or mild steel work of any description and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. |
| 5 | S&F as in repairs for 1.0mm Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 with welded or soldered joints including dismantling of old sheet of any thickness complete all as specified and directed by EIC. |
| 6 | M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified. |
| 7 | Taking down rolling shutters area n.exc 10 sqm each and re-fixing to its original position after cleaning all parts, straightening rails, changing damaged strips, bottom rail,guide rail, helical spring worm gear, lock plate etc as required, greasing, oiling, servicing for smooth functioning of all parts complete all as directed.Note: Lath strips, bottom rail, spring,gears etc. will be measured and paid seperately as supply only |

| 16 | Replacement of existing unserviceable gear box with new gear box made out of 1mm thick mild steel sheet including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, size of gear box 15cm x 15cm x 15cm complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | Taking down gear box from existing position and repairing the gear shaft and plate, greasing, oiling etc for smooth working condition, provn of new gear in repair for gear box and re-fixing gear box to its original position after repairs all as specified and directed. |
