Supply & Constr of 01 x Officer/JCO Living Shelter Size 12.0m x 6.10m with 1.50m wide covered verandah, four partition walls for ten rooms with ten doors, ten UPVC sliding windows, two standard ventilators, false ceiling made of 40 mm PIR panels, wall cladding made of 50 mm PIR panels, roof clading made of 0.5mm PPGI colour coated sheets and three steel russes made of portal frame structure Main cloumn with web-300 x 200x 5mm thick and langes of 125 x 8mm thick, main rafter with web-250 x 150 x 5 mm thick and flanges of 100 x 8mm thick, 110x8 mm thick and cantilever verandah rafter of the same dimension. The three main portal frames are provided at a distance 6.0 mtr centre to centre and interconnected by 'Z/C' purlins at spacing all as given in the drawing attached.
