Supply and fix in repairs LT Panel Outdoor type floor mounted free standing dust and vermin proof panel / DB with IP-55 protection, CPRI approved, frame fabricated out of 40mm x 40mm x 4mm angle iron, 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for entire outer panel with single door and locking arrangements & 1.6 mm for inner compartment with 40mmx4mm flat Iron, including Separate cubicle chamber with cable alley not less than 300mm width for installation/connecting switchgears with the main bus bar using aluminium bus link or copper conductor flexible wires suitable for switch rating and connecting outgoing terminals of the switchgear with terminal blocks of appropriate current rating using flexible copper wires duly terminated by cable lugs and thimbles, MS surfaces epoxy based powder coated, shade as approved over 2 coats of red oxide primer, surfaces pre-treated in seven tank process for de-greasing, de-rusting & Phosphated, panel having front and rear opening and provision for installation of separate cable alleys, all MCCBs must be have thermal magnetic relrase, busbar chamber and switchgear compartments, Provision in cable alleys for bottom cable entry for incoming & outgoing cables, affixing MV danger plate at suitable intervals / locations including erection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed including the following Switchgears, fixtures and fitments mentioned below.

Busbars:-TPN- Not less than 400 A, Aluminium bus bars E91 grade, 1100 volts grade duly covered with heat shrinkable sleeves colour coded duly fixed on moulded brackets and covered all around by insulating/CRCA sheet having no exposed portion. Bus bar chamber to be selected so that it provides gap between Bus bar and heat dissipation conforming to IS standard -1 set. Incoming:- (i) MCCB 250 A, 4 Pole, 36KA with thermomagnetic release- 01 No., (ii) CT's 200/5 -03 No., (iii)Multifuction meter -01 No. (iv) Phase Indicating lamps -03 (v) Control fuses / MCB -03 Nos
