M&L digging and developing of lawn with first quality Mexivan Grass Turf of approved superior quality and including necessary excavating the lawn area to a depth not exceeding 45 cm in any type of soil, treating the ground surfaces with approved insecticides and filling with a mixture of approved red soil, cattle yard manure (or) vermin compost and river sand in 1:2:4 proportion and laying thickly matted Mexican Grass turf, ramming to the required levels, spreading river sand and treating the surface with insecticides at recommended doses and irrigating with water including cost of grass, river sand, red earth, manures/ vermin compost and insecticides and removing the excavated earth to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposited and levelled complete all as specified and directed.

Planting of Shrubs:(a) Base Work: M&L planting and developing shrubs with different varieties of plants mentioned below by excavating pits in any type of soil to a size not less than 450 mm x 450 mm x 450 mm, mixing 50 % of the pits with 1:2:3 proportion of sand (0.007), FYM (0.014 cm), red earth (0.021cm) and including labour charges for planting of different varieties of plants etc, and proving pest control by spraying insecticides, fungicides and removing the surplus excavated earth to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposited and levelled complete all as specified and directed.NOTE: Supply only plants will be measured and paid seperately.
