Providing precast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size), reinforced with 8 mm dia steel reinforcement for each member including centering and shuttering, roughening , cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) etc complete as per attached drawing. 70 mm thick jali (Including all material, labour & machinery)

12 mm Thick plaster with one part of cement and four part of approved coarse sand including supply of all materials, labour and completion of work. (Including all material, labour & machinery)

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give an even shade including preparing surface by the throughly cleaning & sand preparing and supply of all materials,T&P & labour, required for proper completion of work and for each coat of water proof paint after the first two coat to give even shade.
