| 4 | Providing and placing in position of Cement Concrete of design mix of M 15 A-20 grade having specified characteristic compressive strength of 15 N/mm2 in design mix with the quantity of cement as specified in I.S. / I.R.C,. code of 150 mm cube at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of I.S. – 516 / I.R.C. –78 using crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate 20 mm downgraded and proportion as specified in I.S. 456 / I.R.C. 21 code and subject to mix design in conformity to the grading and proportion of different materials of concrete in canal structures as specified in the relevant codes of approved quantity obtained from approved quarry and using the minimum quantity of cement in accordance with the test result of design mix as per relevant clause of IS code and approved quality of aggregates free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials , uniform coloured texture with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royalties, cess, taxes and quality control test cost of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating for compaction by mechanical means and providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, carriage of water, curing , T&P labour and supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization including hire and running charges of all machineries etc with cost of construction and maintenance of coffer dam and diversion arrangement and removal required in complete as per approved design, drawing , specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing of Bituminious expansion joint board of 12mm of 12 mm thickness in construction joint in complete lining including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes, T & P etc and labour charges in complete as per the direction of the Engineering in Charge. |
| 6 | Providing form work of concrete in irrigation structure with F1 finish of upstream faces of dam, spillway, galcis of barrages, unexposed surface of foundation, block joints etc. with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surface where necessary complete with all labour, materials and T&P complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
