Providing AMC of Split Air Conditioner Units Installed in Institute building, Hostel, Guest House and Director's Residence etc. at Transit and and Permanent Campus throught the year with the Experienced AC Technician (Skilled)- 01 No.

Annual Maintenance of 215 number 1.5 Ton, 2.0 Ton capacity Split ACs at different locations which shall include following maintenances: Routine maintenance: Two routine Maintenance (One dry and one wet servicing) for each AC in a year i.e Minmum one routine maintenance in 6 months for each AC. All break down spares will be provided by the agency i.e nuts, bolts, screws, insulations, tools, safety equipment, PCB repair etc except compressor, condenser.). Break down maintenance: All breakdown maintenaces including fitment of spares will be provided by the agency without any additional cost. Major spares, Compressor, condensor will be provided by the Institute as and when required, however no additional cost will be given for fitment. Nothing extra will be paid for taking out the indoor/ outdoor unit for breakdown/ routine maintenance, cartage, re-fixing at same place etc. Hoever, cost of spares is payable under item no 2.
