Providing scaffolding work to a Sulphuric Acid Storage tank ( approx area 1021 M2 ) using rigid pipes and clamps, providing necessary working platforms for painting storage tanks, dismantling the same after the completion of work without any damage to the existing structures and without affecting plant operations etc as per departmental instructions.

Cleaning the structural/other surface neatly at all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc as per departmental instructions.

Applying one coat of Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer, of approved quality at all heights after thoroughly cleaning to remove grease, oil, rust, dust and any other foreign materials including cost of primer, scaffolding charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per departmental instructions at site.

Painting with high build Epoxy paint of approved quality and Distinct colour two coats at all heights, over the primer already done and paid separately/to old surface after neatly cleaning the old surface by removing loose paint, dirt etc.by cleaning with water, scrapping etc. at all heights including cost of paint, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc. complete

Painting one priming coat on new/old iron work at all heights with approved quality zinc chromate yellow metal primer of approved brand and quality at all heighs including cost of primer and materials, labour, scaffolding charges,cleaning the site etc.as per departmental instructions.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint using approved quality paint as specified two coats in distinct colour at all heights (over a priming coat already done and paid separately) for iron work after cleaning the surface with cotton waste including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc.complete as per deptl instructions.
