Replacement of box type AHU pre filters including removal of existing clogged or damaged filters cleaning of filter housing supply and installation of new box type pre filters with proper fitment sealing and alignment to prevent air bypass complete as required to restore efficient air filtration and smooth operation of the air handling unit including safe disposal of old damaged filters.

SITC of filter frame section made of MS angle iron of size 40x40x4mm section of required size for AHU’s with locking arrangement complete as per site requirement.

Providing, supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Air Handling Unit (AHU) OF 10000 CFM AHU by replacing the existing worn- out/damaged body (casing), blower assembly and motor, after careful dismantling of the old components, while retaining and reusing the existing new cooling coil in good working condition, complete as required. The work shall include fabrication and installation of double skin insulated AHU casing made of pre-coated GI sheets with PUF insulation, provision of DIDW centrifugal blower statically and dynamically balanced, 7.5 HP TEFC squirrel cage induction motor of required capacity, V-belt drive system with pulleys and belt guard, vibration isolators, base frame, drain tray, and all necessary accessories. The existing cooling coil shall be properly refitted inside the new casing with required supports and sealing to ensure air tightness and efficient heat transfer
