| 1 | Repairs to borewell submersible motor by way of decoupling of damaged 3-phase 2900rpm submersible motor from the pump motor assembly at site. Shifting the decoupled motor from site to the workshop in a private load carrier arranged by the firm. At workshop the motor dismantled by way of opening all nuts, bolts, cover plates etc. and the damaged/burnt out windings extracted from all stator slots by special tools & tackles, skilled manpower. After extraction of the windings from the stator the same shall be rewound by using PVC insulated Cu-wire of proper gauge and specification and inserted back in the stator slots of the motor as per actual pitch and turns. The job includes insulation of the windings by proper insulating material, tape etc. and assembling back of rotor, stator, cover plates, all nuts and bolts of the motor. The repaired motor shall then be shifted back to site from workshop in a private load carrier arranged by the firm and at site the motor shall be recoupled with the pump. All power connections shall be reconnected with the motor. Note: The old copper shall be retained by the firm & shall quote the rates with rebate on account of old copper scrap. |
