Repairs of 8cusec x 10 meter Head pump and 50 HP motor of unit 2 along with allied works at LIS Ismailpur.

Decoupling of 8 cusec x 10 meter head pump, 50hp motor of unit No.2, shifting of dismantled pump to nearest roadside using manual labour, ropes, chain pulley etc, loading in mechanical transport vehicle and then carriage to workshop for repairs. After complete repairs back shifting of pump to site of installation i.e. LIS Ismailpur. The job includes labour charges for carriage, shifting , loading and unloading of the decoupled machinery and also hire charges of vehicle to workshop (to & fro).All the tools and tackles are to be arranged by firm at site as well as in the workshop. Repairs to 8 cusec x 10 meter head end suction pump of unit 2 at workshop by extraction of old and worn out parts /damaged parts i.e. bearings, sleeves, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft,. Repair to pump shaft by turning on lathe and finishing to accurate size. Providing of bearings -02 Nos. and sleeves – 02 Nos. Providing and fitting of new bearings (DE & NDE) on motor along with complete greasing of the bearing. Fitting of new coupling pulley set of unit 2 as per sample and according to size of motor and pump shaft, finishing key ways (both HC pump and motor side) and then providing fitting of new keys and then coupling both pump and motor by coupling bolts and checking their alignment . Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at site.. Replacement of bolt, nuts &rubber gaskets. P/F of gland packing. The job also includes plugging the leakages along the flanges by using suitable rubber gaskets. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges, tools and tackles, labour to be employed at site and all kinds of taxes.
