Complete servicing of DG set 320 KVA of Sudhir make by way of draining of old unserviceable engine oil after opening the drain plug, cleaning the chamber and tightening of plug. The Job includes replacement of all lube oil filter kit, by pass filters, air filter kit, fuel filter kit. Filling of the engine with suitable grade engine oil 15W approx 50 Ltrs and ensuring recommended oil level with the help of dip stick/gauge. Servicing of radiator by way of draining of all the coolant mixture by removing pipe/plug, cleaning of coolant tank, outer cleaning of fins, tubes and radiator fan with low pressure hot water and detergent/caustic soda and also by way of blowing compressed air. Providing and filling of approx 45 ltrs of coolant (with corrosion inhibitor properties) in each DG set. The job also includes checking of alternators, Fastening of all nut-bolts, clamps and checking of electrical connections. Lubricating/oiling of Fan pulleys, Generator drive assembly and other associated parts to remove any friction and avoid rusting and unforeseen allied jobs.The Job includes cost of material used, transportation charges, labour charges and all other kind of taxes there off and testing on no load and full load. Complete Job in all respects as per site requirement.

Replacement of old battery by way of Providing and fitting of new battery of capacity 12 V 180 AH of make Exide/Lucas/Amaron/Pulse . The job includes carriage of batteries to site, installation of batteries in DG set, providing of new battery leads and terminals. The job includes testing of DG set starting after installation of new battery bank. The Job includes cost of material, transportation charges and all other kinds of taxes thereof.
