Repair/rewinding of damaged motor of pumping unit no-3 along with allied works at LIS Gurah Pattan

Dismantling of the damaged & burnt 215HP electric motor of pumping unit no-3 of LIS Gurah Pattan from base frame and pump after disconnecting all electrical connections on input as well as output side. Carriage and shifting of the motor by using manual head load to nearest road & loading in the vehicle for further transportation to workshop for repairs/rewinding. Dismantling of the damaged 215HP Motor at workshop for extraction of burnt/damaged windings, cleaning of stator slots and complete rewinding of the motor with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specifications of standard make. Providing/fitting of new insulation, packing material, then varnishing with superior quality varnish & drying in oven in controlled temperature. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges. Repair to rotor of motor by providing/fitting of new bearings (DE & NDEi.e Nu 319 & 6319) after rebuilding of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing size, making new keyway for coupling, repairing to bearing housing, providing/fitting of bearing end cover plates and greasing of the same. Back carriage to site after repairs and reinstallation of motor and testing on idle and load conditions.
