| 2 | Repairing & Servicing of 630 Ampere, 3 Pole Microprocessor Based M.D.O. Type Air- Circuit – Breaker with providing & replacement of defective parts such as Shunt Release coil, U.V release coil, terminal adopter etc. including testing etc. complete as required at site. |
| 3 | Providing & fixing of Bus-couplers with protection such as L.SING, current Metering & ZSI in 630 Ampere 3 Pole microprocessor based M.D.O. type Air circuit Breakers etc. including connection making testing etc. complete as required at site. |
| 4 | Providing & fixing of Copper Bus Bar of sizes 50mm x 5 mm & 100mm x 10 mm upto 3.5 to 4 mtr. i/c drilling hole bending/ shaping as requirement for clamping nut-bolts, & cutting according to requirement and Taping the Bus Bar strips with H.T. permacell tape etc. complete as required at site. |
| 5 | Dismantling and making the new HT cable end termination with new cable end jointing kits including the thimbling, laying & fixing the same and testing the same etc. as required. |
| 6 | General Servicing of ‘EAST INDIA’ make Transformer 630 KVA/11000/433 votls 50c/s. The work includes blowing of dust from the cooling fins, degreasing the oily surface, externally plugging of oil leakage by tightening the fastners after removing the top cover plate including replacement of Top cover gasket after removing the worn out gasket and cleaning its surface for refixing. Draining out Transformer oil and refilling with new Transformer oil (as mentioned in item No.iii) upto toping up. Restrengthing of cable end termination of L.T side including removing & tapping of thimble in cable leads properly. i) Supplying & replacing of 1 No. L.T. Bushing (Defective) with new bushing etc. as required. ii) Filtration & dehydration of Transformer oil. (700 ltr.) iii) Supply of T/F oil for Top up in Transformer. (210 ltr.) iv) Checking of Bucholtz Relay & Winding temperature Gauges etc., replacing the silica gel for moisture free conditions v) Testing of Dielectric Strength of Oil by High Port testing machine upto 50 KV without break for 1 minute and with H.T. megger/L.T. megger cable leads test. |
| 7 | Repairing and rewinding of 40 HP, 1440 RPM induction motor kirloskar make with removing of Motor from foundation, reassembling the Motor after repair /rewinding, alignment of Motor with Pump set, to & fro carriage with loading/unloading at workshop and site after replacement of following parts, connection, testing etc. as required. (Rates i/c rebate of old scrap) a) Rewinding of Motor b) Replacememt of Ball Bearing No.6312 c) Replacement of cooling fan d) Repairing of Terminal Box. |
| 8 | Repairing of electric motor panel of 40 HP by replacement of damaged voltmeter, ammeter, bus bar strip, push bottom, electrical wiring etc. complete as required. |
| 9 | Providing and laying of Rubber mats for Electrical Purposes of size 1 mtr x 2 mtr (2.5mm thickness +- 10%) for Sonia vihar Pump Room, Transformer Room, HT Panel Room. (Make- Jyoti, Vardhman or Equivalent as per approved by engineer-in-charge). |
| 10 | Servicing and Greasing of 900mm dia. Sluice valve by dismantling & overhauling of Head cap from body with the help of labour & hydra by cutting jammed nut & bolt for greasing in valve rod, check nut, wheel, stuffing box etc. i/c replacement of gland packing, packing & providing of nut & bolt etc. complete as required at sonia vihar pump house. |
| 11 | Servicing and Greasing of 600mm dia. Sluice valve by dismantling & overhauling of Head cap from body with the help of heavy duty labour & EOT by cutting jammed nut & bolt for greasing in valve rod, check nut, wheel, stuffing box etc. i/c replacement of gland packing, packing & providing of nut & bolt etc. complete as required at sonia vihar pump house. |
