The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be included for this arrangement and nothing extra whatsoever shall be payable to the contractor on this account. |

The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be included for this arrangement and nothing extra whatsoever shall be payable to the contractor on this account. |
| 3 | M&L for Cutting of grass, shurbs, vegetation of any type by manually digging and taking out unwanted plantation with roots with the help of fawda and cutting with the help of Talwar upto ground level and making the area neat & clean by removing/ throwing the rubbish to a distance not less than 500 metres complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. |
| 4 | M &L for racking out joints of existing concrete pavement upto a depth at 25mm, saw cutting the vertical sides of joints for making edges of joints straight upto the possible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 10 to 15mm, including cleaning all loose particles/dust from the joints by using brushes, and with the help of air compressor and removing away the existing sealing compound and all other loose materials inside of AF Station where directed including, fixing masking tape along either side of the joints, placing back up sheet 10 to 12 mm thick of dia 25% more than width of joints/backup rod/de-bonding strip (thickness 10 to 12mm) in position and filled with polyurethane based sealing compound (pitch free) ISI marked single compound having 3mm recess from top of joint after applying suitable primer as per manufacturer's instructions and removing masking tape, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- PU to be mixed and filled by only OEM. |

| 7 | M&L for repair to existing surface pavement of concrete by cutting inverted trapezoidal section in regular shapes by diamond cutters and chiselling, removing loose concrete, cleaning with compressed air & washing with chemical water solution, priming epoxy resin primer at the rate of 0.34 Kg/Sqm applied by sprayer or brush and making good with epoxy mortar including disposal of rubbish to a distance 250 m but not exceeding 500 m complete all as specified & directed.Note:- The washing agent shall be 15% diluted hydrochloride, epoxy resin primer of NITOPRIME 25 brand of M/s FOSROCK industries and epoxy mortar shall be NITOMORTORS brand of M/s FOSROCK industries or equivalent as approved by GE. |
| 8 | M&L for 'RUNPHALT' Bitumen Tubing/Rope for filling of cracks of width 5 to 7mm on the concrete runway with the help of screw driver pushing it inside the crack then apply direct flame 20-30 seconds through torch method.after the complete filling of crack. The crack shall be covered / sealed with 'SURE-BOND' instant Runway crack sealing tape complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | M&L for 'RUNPHALT' Bitumen Tubing/Rope for filling of cracks of width exc 7 to 12.5mm on the concrete runway with the help of screw driver pushing it inside the crack then apply direct flame 20-30 seconds through torch mathod.after the complete filling of crack. The crack shall be covered/ sealed with 'SURE-BOND' instant Runway crack sealing tape complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
