| 1 | Note :- (i) The subject work is comparising of day to day complaint complaint nature of works. The contactors trade men should report to E/M complaint cell daily and take complaint from concren JE E/M and after attending complaint he should give feedback and return the complaint slip to concern JE E/M in the evening at 17.30 Hrs on same day. (ii) Tradesman deployed for work should wear proper uniform with full shirt and full Pant. Colour code will be decided by EIC. (iii) For any minor repair required in distribution system where the item under repair is to be replaced, contractor has to identify and recitified the fault without any extra cost. (iv) Contractor must ensure a stock of 25% of total qty as catered in CA or 25% of balance qty of the item as catered in CA (during currency of contract) at the MES provided store. If the contractor not provided said above, recovery shall be made as per Terms and Condition of the contract as specified in particular specification. However no ‘Advance on Account’ against this provision as material laying at site shall be admissible.(v) All LED lights/ flood lights shall be properly connected with earth dolly provided with fittings and earth connection.(vi) All LED lights have replacement warranty of 3 years from the date of completion of the contract, accordingly condition 46 of GCC (IAFW-2249) shall be amended to extent mention above. Contractor has to submitt warranty certificate from manufacturer . Payment of light fitting will be released after receiving of 3 year replacement warranty certificate.(vii) The LED lights will replaced by the contractor free of cost in the case of manufacturing defects and defects covered in standard warranty policy.(viii) The contractor shall submit the surge protection certificate and type test certificate LM 79, LM 80 for luminaries.(ix) All LED fitting shall be identified by printing or fixing sticker duly mentioned the CA number and date of completion.(x) For any change in product or change in catalogue No. etc due to technological up gradation, letter has to be obtained from the lighting company on their letter head signed by an official of National level.(xi) All T&P required at site for installation of light on Bldg/ hanger or at any location shall be arranged by contractor. |

| 3 | Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soilNote : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost.
