| 11 | M&L in repairs for random rubble stone masonary, uncoursed well bounded, bedded and soilidly hearted in cement mortar (1:4) completed all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. |
| 13 | M & L for Pebble dash plaster upto 10 m height above ground level with a mixture of washed pebble or crushed stone 6 mm to 12.5 mm nominal size, dashed over and including fresh plaster in two layers under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and top layer 10 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 10% finely grounded hydrated lime by volume of cement complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of stone masonary wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. |
| 15 | M&L applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface over and including a coat of primer including preparation of surface all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge. |
| 16 | Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. |
| 17 | S& F for Mild steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, Greatings of drain, wicket gate and all type of framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. |
| 18 | M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base/ plinth protection/ drain/path etc and incl demolition complete all as specified and directed. |
| 19 | M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar parapets and railings, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directe incuding necessary formwork required including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. |
