| 11 | Disconnecting from mains and taking out existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit from the split type Air Conditioner of Cap 1.5 Ton, of any make any type from any location and Supply , Installing and testing of new sealed unit compressor along with test certificate from manufacturer including cleaning and removing dust/dirt from the cooling coil condenser coil with necessary modification capillary tube etc & Charging of Gas R-22/R-32/R-410a and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engg-in-Charge. | 28 | Supply and filling refrigerant gas R-22/R-32/R-404a/R-407c/410a in window /Split Type AC unit of capacity 1.5/2 TR and in compressors of Cold storage units of any capacity as per OEM specification including detecting the leakage of gas at any location and rectifying the defect to stop the leakage by gas welding or by any other means including cutting and brazing of copper tubes testing and commissioning complete in satisfactory working condition.Make : Mefron/Floron/Refron. Note :- The rates quoted by the contractor for topping up/ filling of refrigerant gas shall deemed to include leakage detection, rectification of leakage by brazing, nitrogen pressure testing, etc. |
