| 1 | M&L for servicing of DG set of capacity 15 KVA to 75 KVA installed at AFS Begumpet by carrying out the following maintenance including testing on completion for satisfactory performance at connected load complete all as specified and as directed :- |
| 2 | (a) Drain out of diesel from tank and storing in cleaned containers, cleaning the tank thoroughly by removing sediments settled at the bottom and refilling the drained out diesel duly filtered. |
| 3 | (b) Drain out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil upto required level |
| 4 | (c) Replacing suitable fuel filter stainer, fuel pipe, fuel filters, engine oil filter, air cleaner element and oil seal assembly complete. (Note: Material will be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply only') |
| 5 | (d) Check coolant level & top up the same if required (Note: Coolant will be measured and paid separately as 'Supply Only') |
| 6 | (e) Check and top up the electrolyte/distilled water in starting batteries to maintain the required specific gravity. Cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery poles & brass connectors. |
| 7 | (f) Checking and general adjustments of FIP, fuel injectors, governer, turbo charger etc for proper functioning of DG Set. |
| 8 | (g) Replacing suitable size of 'V' belts, hoses and clamps of air cleaner. (Note: Material will be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply only') |
| 9 | (h) Tightening all the fasteners of complete DG set to the required torque and cleaning the complete DG Set with suitable cleaning agent. |
| 10 | All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but for above 75 KVA and upto 160 KVA DG Set Make -greaves/ Kirloskar all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Supply only the following items suitable for DG set of capacity upto 75 KVA capacity, Make: Kirloskar :- |

| 26 | Supply only of engine oil of suitable grade for various DG Sets as per manufacturer's recommendation complete all as specified and as directed. Make: K-oil or Cummins. |
| 27 | Descalling of radiator assembly by removing from engine, transporting to the workshop and removing the sediments, scales and rust etc. by submerging in acid for atleast 08 hrs, cleaning with suitable brush, high pressure water washing and air cleaning, arresting the leakages by gas welding / soldering with suitable material, re-assembling the same with new gaskets and transporting to the site, fixing to the engine with new hoses, clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for DG Set of capacity upto 75 KVA installed at AFS Begumpet complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 28 | All as per item No. 7 here-in-before but for DG Set above 75 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 29 | Dismantling the defective water pump from the DG Set of capacity upto 40 KVA, opening the pump, replacing the pump repair kit complete as per manufacturer's recommendations, re-assembling and re-fixing the same and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 30 | All as per item No. 9 here-in-before but of capacity above 75 KVA and upto 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 31 | Dismantling the defective self starter assembly carefully from the DG set of capacity upto 40 KVA and carryout repair and servicing by cleaning all accessories with suitable cleaning agent and supply and replace commutator, carbon brush set, carbon brush holder, king pin holder, armature check nut, clutch plate assy and solenoid etc. re-assembling and re-fixing the same and testing complete all as specified and directed. |
| 32 | All as per item No. 11 here-in-before but for DG set of capacity above 75 KVA and upto 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed. |
| 33 | Dismantling the defective solenoid switch carefully from the DG set of capacity upto 160 KVA and supply and fix new solenoid switch suitable for engine stop all as existing capacity and make and testing complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 34 | Dismantling the defective battery charging alternator carefully from the DG set of capacity upto 40 KVA and carryout repair and servicing by cleaning all accessories with suitable cleaning agent and supply and replace carbon brush, brush holders, bushes, bearings, varnishing etc, re-assembling and re-fixing the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 35 | All as per item No. 13 here-in-before but for DG set of capacity above 75 KVA and upto 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 36 | Supply and fix in repair alternator terminal block suitable for DG Set alternator upto 160 KVA capacity |

| 48 | Taking down U/S Genset controller, power contactor, Time relay, Battery charging unit, Voltage regulator, Logic relay and fixing only new items and making connections all as existing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
