| 3 | Leg Stretcher-The main frame of leg stretcher hall consist of 80 NB G.I. pipes with two suitably designed brackets attached on it. Brackets have to be made of M.S. material with G.I. plating. The moving frame oflLeg press is to be made of 40NB G.I. pipes which is to be mounted to the main frame with the help of suitably designed, machined shaft and bearing housing. Bearings used are to be of oil sealed, self-lubricating. Make of bearing shall be as per approved make list. Foot rest is to be hinged to the main frame with the help of suitably designed G.I. plated clamp and 25 NB G.I. pipes. Gusset plates have to be provided to give extra strength to foot rest. Foot rest is to made of high quality HDPE material. Suitably designed HDPE pads has to be provided at the bottom of moving frame. Seat and back rest provided has to be made of HDPE.. | 4 | Sit Up Board-Providing, designing and fixing of single sit -up station of size 1504 x 1133 x 624 mm fabricated with main post of 140 mm dia and 3.00 mm thick ,yellow sleeve dia 159 mm thickness 8.0mm, connecting pipe dia 33 mm thickness 3.0mm and rest of the pipes are 2.75 mm thick,having bottom plate 260 mm dia with thickness 12.00 mm with ABS cap/ cover,all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and pre galvanized, having oil degreasing treatment and sand blasting de-rusting treatment must be used before powder coating treatment with baking temperature of more than 200 degree celsius using high quality paint nippon or equivalent of 90 - 120 micron thickness. All joints of pipe should be cut by CNC laser cutting and robotic welded, with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Seat shall be made up of steel pipe 2.75mm thick , with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and welded/ attached to main structure for vandalism proof design and long life.
