| 243 | Most of the complaints related to internal repair works have to be carried in the quarters occupied by the residents. If the quarter where the complaints received is in door locked condition and the residents are not available at the time of visiting, then the door lock intimation slip shall be pasted on the main door or at visible area at the entrance to intimate the maintenance team attendance. General Code of conduct to the Contract Personnel Ø All contract staff should wear ID Card signed by GSO Officials and it should be kept visibly seen. Ø Contractor should provide uniform / fluorescent visi wears bearing contractor logo to all labours engaged by them for proper identification. Ø When entering the house for attending complaints, they should get the permission of occupants, informing the nature of complaints entered in the complaint register. Ø While attending complaints, the contract personnel shall insist the occupant to be available nearby. Ø The contract personnel are requested to talk politely, gently in soft tones to the occupants and in particular while talking to lady members.
