Execution of work for laying and casting a sustainable concrete bed over the existing saltpan surface, including all necessary site preparation, handling, mixing of materials, placement, compaction using needle vibrators, finishing, and maintaining the required thickness as per concrete mix designs given by Institute, instructions and guidance of the concerned Scientist or Engineer In-charge. All operations shall be carried out using suitable manpower, machines, tools and equipments, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to specified standards confirming to standard construction practice. Note: Materials (except water) required for the concrete bed-including fine aggregates, course aggregates, binding material, necessary chemicals/admixtures — will be provided by the Department at site.
