Fabrication and supply of suitable MCCB box made from 16 SWG sheet having one door with suitable locking arrangement for 630 A MCCB including fixing of above 630 A MCCB in the box

Fabrication and supply of suitable MCCB box made from 16 SWG sheet having one door with suitable locking arrangement for 400 A MCCB including fixing of above 400 A MCCB in the box

Testing the newly supplied aluminium cable for any current leakages and checking the wire continuity before dismantling the old cable

Fixing the above MCCB boxes one inside LT panel room and other outside near transformer room as per directions of engineer in charge

Disconnecting the main 3 phase supply and then disconnecting the old cable from the panel and main supply while taking all safety precautions

Removing the old cable while taking all safety precautions and shifting the cable to the JE store as per the directions of engineer in charge and disposing off the malba if any within 500 m of the site of work as per site requirement

Laying of newly supplied 300 sqmm aluminium armoured cable from the main 630 A MCCB box near transformer to 400 A MCCB box inside LT panel room as per directions of engineer in charge

Thimbling and ferruling both ends of the able with appropriate lugs as per site requirement

Connecting the cable ends to both the MCCB boxes including all tools and tackles required for the job and as per the instructions of engineer in charge
