Maintaining of water supply by operation, Watch & Ward of all E&M equipments installed at Indra Colony sewage Temporary Site as per prevalent schedule time on daily basis as per direction of engineer in charge by operation of Motors, pump-sets, valves and all electrical and mechanical equipment, electric control-panels, valves etc., maintaining of log-sheets, general cleaning, monitoring of flowmeter reading hourly, Opening of valves etc. The job includes minor maintenance i/c replacement of packing, kit Kat, tube/bulbs, switch/socket, fuse links, log books, asbestos graphite packing, maintaining cleanliness, etc., valve repairing vent cover, minor electrical job works i/c periodic tightening of connections in panel board, cleaning of carbon deposits in panel/motor connection plate, phase sequence correction etc. Total staff to be deployed as under:- Un-skilled labour-02 Nos. per day Semiskilled Labour-02 Nos. per day Note: Spares / Material required for replacement in minor-maintenance will be provided by the department. Deployment of one number Unskilled labour per shift for operation/maintenance/watch and ward of E&M Installation at Old pump house Sultanpuri BPS.
