Dismantling the removable parts of 11TR package type AC machine non refrigeration circuit for cleaning of outdoor condenser and indoor cooling unit with help of hard blower then washing the same oiling, greasing checking the electrical connection and then reinstallation the unit in this position complete as required.

Leak testing by drawing high vacuum, of the entire refrigerant line of the AHU, having one or two condenser in the unit, complete with detecting the leakage and rectifying the minor defect comp as reqd.

Replacement of 8.5TR package type AC machine PCB circuit complete trial run etc.

Gas charging fresh refrigerant gas (M 22 ) satisfactory Smooth operation of the System.

Replacement of 11TR Rotary compressor ,fixing the compressor existing position of old AC machine complete trial run etc as required.

Dismantling the Outdoor condenser fan motor ,from the outdoor condenser unit capacity single phase motor replace them with new one after that rewinding and bearing change also servicing and fixing the fan motor at the existing position, complete work as reqd

Supplying & laying of the following PVC insulated PVC round sheathed flexible copper conductor (flexible) cable (I.S.I) of the following sizes for power connection from industrial plug socket board to indoor / outdoor unit & from indoor to outdoor unit etc. complete as reqd. (3CORE X 4Sq.mm)

Replacement the unserviceable cater drier (Filter) at the suction line of the 8.5TR capacity Compressorunit including testing, commissioning of the same along with related CU Tube etc. as reqd.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
