Providing and fixing of ultraflex / Duraflex post with base- The body of the post should be made of vergin special material PU ( Polyurethane ) it should be bright colour & highquality reflective for greater visibility in day and night. three bands of heat transfer tape should be pasted on post through heat transfer pasting technology for better and clearvisibility in the night the base of the post should be fixed on the road surface with the help of four nails and special epoxy bond. For fixing of the post in base specially mettal pin should be provided height of the post 900mm including base heat transfer tape 70-75mm x 3 nos inner dia of the post 75mm and outer dia 78mm, base dia 195mm, pin for fixing base 1nos, having 115mm length and 8mm dia, nails of fixing 4 nos, having 100mm length and 10mm dia, total weight of the post with base should not less than 1300 grams the post should be tested for matenal identification for poly urethane ( PU ) as per Cipet method its filer content should be 0.1786 % as per ISO3451, its tensile strength should be 3.46N / sq mm as per ASTMD 638 its melting point should be 194 degree Centigrade as per IS 5762 1970 Complete in all respect as per direction by Engineer incharge .

Providing and fixing precast cement concrete M-20 grade (Using mechanical Concrete Mixer) kerb stone top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion..
