In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum. |

| 11 | Credit on account of cost of dismanltled unserviceable mild steel material/articles such as M.S. grill flat, angles, etc. received from dismantling, including dismantling removal & disposal from the site and cleaning the site all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. The dismantled unservisable material shall become the property of contractors after dismantling duly weighed/measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised respective.
