Providing and applying TACK COAT with bitumen emulsion using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared bituminious/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregatate all as per specification and direction of E/I.(For Grading -ii 19 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregrate all as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including glass beads @ 250gms. Per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to level,uniform and free from streaks and holes.(A sealing primer may be applied in advance in cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding.Any laitance and / or curing compound to be removed where paint is required to be applied on concrete surface.
