Supplying and applying of polymer modified emulsion Rejuvenator (PME) of approved brand and manufacturer as per technical specifications on prepared old black top surface/pavement, The old blacktop surface is to be cleaned by mechnical compressor to remove loose materials, brushing with wire brushes to remove caked mud if any, and then applying polymer modified emulsion (PME) in two coats with overall consumption of 1lit/sqm ( 1 Litre (Undiluted) PME diluted in the ratio of 1 :1 (Water : PME) to be applied uniformly on 1 Sqm area and ensure uniform finish of PME- Rejuvenator on flexible surfaces). The two coats shall be separated by at least 24 hours to allow drying of each coat . A mechanical spraying machine is required for blending PME Rejuvenator for its uniform application by skilled and qualified applicator to maintain quality performance of finished surface, complete as per technical Specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
