The rate shall be inclusive of the chanrges for suitable truck for transport, loading and unloading charges, crane charges etc., as required. The approximate distance between IITM Discovery Campus at Thaiyur to IIT Madras Main Campus is about 35 km. |
| 13 | Supplying and providing the concrete foundation for a 250 kVA DG set weighing 6 tons shall consist of an RCC foundation block of size 2.5 m × 6.0 m × 1.0 m depth laid over 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8 / M10) on firm soil, using M25 grade reinforced cement concrete with HYSD reinforcement (12 mm dia bars at 150 mm c/c in both directions at the bottom) with 75 mm clear cover, including all materials, labour, formwork, curing, and workmanship complete, designed to safely support the DG set load with adequate factor of safety |

| 15 | Supplying& Laying of following sizes PVC XLPE insulated alu/cu Conductor armored LTUG cable in a 50 mm to 100 mm dia HDPE DWC pipe in a trench of 50cm wide and 75cm depth including earth work excavation in all soils and sub soils and back filling, consolidated in a regular interval of 25cm thick rammed and complying with standard specification including cable route markers in every 50m span. |
