Installation & Commissioning charges for Fail Safe Brake System for BHEL make Draw-Works ) A. INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO PRICE BID: a) Bidder should quote firm prices as per the price bid format. Only Highlighted boxes to be filled in the Price Bid format. b) Bidder should quote rates in Indian Rupees. c) The detailed description for IMPLEMENTATION OF FAIL SAFE BRAKING SYSTEM AT DRILLING RIGS (E-1400 SERIES) OF ANKLESHWAR ASSET THROUGH M/S BHEL (SITC) has been provided in the Scope of work and Special conditions of contract. Bidders may please consult that for quantity bifurcation. d) The bid shall be evaluated on cumulative total amount quoted for IMPLEMENTATION OF FAIL SAFE BRAKING SYSTEM AT DRILLING RIGS (E-1400 SERIES) OF ANKLESHWAR ASSET (inclusive of all taxes and duties). e) Bidder must mention “HSN/Service Accounting code” (SAC) in the Price bid. f) Bidders to carefully read all the clauses in Special condition of contract cum Scope of Work (SoW) and quote accordingly. B. Note: 1) The cost quoted above shall include P&F, freight/transport, insurance and other charges, if any. The payment of Freight/Transport & Insurance charges will be paid as per actual. 2) The price format shall be digitally signed (if available) or manually signed with stamp by the authorized signatory of the bidder. 3) Bidders are required to ascertain themselves, the prevailing rates of GST and all other taxes and duties as applicable on the scheduled date of submission of Bids and ONGC would not undertake any responsibility whatsoever in this regard. While quoting GST rate bidder should consider all the conditions like with Input tax credit (ITC)/without ITC etc. 4) The nature and percentage of taxes and duties payable extra must be indicated separately. 5) Statutory charges which will not be borne by the bidder must be indicated failing which ONGC will not be liable for payment of any such charges. 6) The price evaluation will be done on total price of all job items. 7) Quantity mentioned above is tentative and for evaluation purpose, actual payment shall be as per actual usage of services. 8) Bid validity will be 90 days.
