Payment of Statutory Fee required for various sanctions/approvals from other Departments. (The fee thus deposited shall be Reimbursed to the Architect consultant after submission of original sanction, approvals and receipts to DSIIDC and will be intimated to DoE later for finalization of Accounts)3. Getting Architectural Drawings and Plans Sanctioned from local bodies viz. MCD, DUAC, DDA, AAI, ASI and DFS etc.4. Procuring all necessary approvals from DUAC, AAI, ASI, DDA etc. as applicable.5. EIA Environment Impact Assessment of the Project.6. Evaluation of demand of Water, Electrical Load, Sub-station, D.G. Set, Sewage Disposal etc. and eventual planning for ancillary services required.7. Submission of Model of the Project.8. Preparation of Detailed Estimates based upon the sanctioned drawings.9. Preparation of NIT and required documents along with terms and Conditions of the Contract for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Internal & External Electrification, Sanitation & Water Supply, Rain Water Harvesting, Horticulture and Landscape, Air Conditioning & HVAC system, Support Services, Interior Designing and Building facade etc. as applicable.10. Preparation and timely submission of Detailed GFC (Good For Construction) Drawings, Plan of Services etc.11. Regular Supervision of project since Inception till completion of the project.12. Any Addition, Alteration, Deletion, Modification, Revision in Drawings / concepts, Cost Estimates, including submission of different Technically feasible Options, their evaluation and explaining each Pros & Cons of the options and helping DSIIDC / DoE to accept best and cost-effective option as per requirement and satisfaction of Client Department.13. Draft Replies to Queries raised by different agencies/Departments and their resolution.14. Government Audit, Statutory Audit, CTE/Vigilance observations and their Redressal including Internal, Quality Control.15. Submission of all completion drawings of Building Work, Electrical work, Conduiting work, Water Supply, Drainage network, Sewerage System network, Air Conditioning/HVAC system, Telecommunication Public Address System CCTV Video conferencing Smart Board Network, Fire Fighting Fire Alarm Fire Control Room Network, External Electrification Street Lighting Network. DG Sets, Lifts, Central Announcement and Alarm System.16.
